Hi from Finland!

Sorry to write in English..

I have new Kove 450 , just got it on the garrage, 0 km on the clock.

Idling seems to be very high, like 2000 rpm..

Anyone had this?

This is the normal idle RPM set within the ECU, you can not change that like on older bikes. So it is normal for every Kove to be that high.

That bothers me too. Why is the idle speed so high? Is this also the case with comparable 450cc engines from other manufacturers?

More or less the same for other modern thumpers in the the same class. Most do not even show rpms so you do not even notice. Old aircooled engines had more rotating mass at the flywheel and were ideling lower.
